By registering, the parent or lawful guardian confirms that they are authorised to provide the child's information and consent to Radio 4 collecting and processing the information submitted for participation, including the child's First name and audio recording.

The information will be used only for the purposes of:

• Registering the child for Radio 4 Nursery Rhymes

• Creating and broadcasting the child's nursery-rhyme feature

• Publishing the feature on Radio 4's website and official digital/social media channels, where applicable

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Consent must be completed by a parent or lawful guardian.

Personal information will not be used for unrelated advertising or sold to third parties.

The parent or lawful guardian may contact Radio 4 regarding their child's personal data, including requests relating to access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable law.
